Dawn Bennett - Power Skating

  • Following years of training, competing and performing as a professional figure skater, Dawn earned a USFS Gold Medal in Freestyle and Figures
  • Highly respected power skating coach focused on precision training of tier 1 and tier 2 hockey players
  • Has Master Rating with the Professional Skaters Association (PSA) in Freestyle, is a Certified Hockey Power Skating Coach through PSA and a Level 4 USA Hockey Coach.
  • When the highest level athletes in DFW need to improve their technique and edge work she’s the first they call. 
  • Dawn is so highly regarded and respected that she has become the go-to coach for several the Dallas Stars players when they are looking for lessons with their own kids. It’s saying something when you’re seen by NHL athletes as the skating coach. 

Josh Isbell - Strength & Conditioning

  • He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Level 1 United States Weightlifting Coach.    
  • As a Strength and Conditioning Coach he has experience working in the private sector being the Director of Severyn Sports and with the NCAA with UCLA, TCU, UCO and the United States Olympic Training Facility located in Oklahoma City 
  • He was the Head Performance Coach at UCO for ice hockey and has experienced tremendous success winning their first National Championship in his first year with the team.   
  • Josh graduated with a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Wellness Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Central Oklahoma    
  • While in college he played ice hockey for the University of Central Oklahoma and baseball for Northern Oklahoma College
