Trevor Hanas

Trevor played youth hockey at the highest levels and at age 16 he made the move to Major Junior Hockey, where he played 5 years in the Western Hockey League. Trevor was mentored under coaches in the WHL that have also coached in the NHL. He went to the Detroit Red Wings Training Camp in 1993 and the Chicago Wolves Camp in 1997.  Additionally, he played 5 years in both the East Coast Hockey League and the Central Hockey League.
 

Trevor coached a Bantam AA team in Illinois to 5th in States before moving to Dallas 16 years ago.  Since then, he has coached all levels from Mites-Midgets and has a lot of experience working with youth hockey players in DFW.  The last 8 years he has coached AAA teams with the Dallas Ice Jets, Texas Attack, the Dallas Stars AAA, and the Dallas Stars Elite. Trevor also coached a Bantam Major team to Nationals placing 3rd in the Nation. In addition to coaching youth hockey, Trevor is a scout for the Portland Winter Hawks in the WHL. Trevor and his family reside in Highland Village, Texas with his wife Kimberly and their 3 beautiful children: Cross, Cru, and Grace.
